The company is in Dianzi Town Industrial Park, Boxing County, Shandong Province, at the junction of East and North China, surrounded by Zibo, Dongying, and Binzhou. Its prime location near the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea, and the Central Plains ensures easy access to sea, rail, and highway transport.

Main products are cold-rolled sheets, pickled sheets, aluminum-zinc-silicon-coated sheets, and galvanized sheets. The company has one pickling line, two 1,150 mm cold rolling lines, and four galvanizing lines, yielding an annual output of 350,000 tons.

55% Aluminum Zinc Silicon Plated Sheet

The coating primarily includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and small amounts of silicon and other trace elements, ensuring the excellent corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc coated sheets.

Cold-rolled Sheets

Cold-rolled sheets are fabricated by processing hot-rolled coils at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature. This rolling process significantly enhances the surface quality and dimensional precision of the steel.

Pickled Sheets

As a kind of pickling-treated steel sheets, they are primarily used in the manufacturing of high-end kitchenware, construction materials, automotive components, and other fields.

Color Coated Steel Sheet

Color-coated steel sheets with a base metal of galvanized steel, aluminium zinc plated steel or cold rolled steel, with a smooth and finely lacquered surface, can be used in combination with different paints and substrates to meet specific color and performance requirements.

Pickling line

Pickling lines have a wide range of applications, including cold rolling, general structural, automotive structural, porcelain enamel steel, hardware, and stamping steel. The application of these technologies and the choice of pickling line depend on the specific production needs and the size of the plant.

The cold rolling line

The cold rolling line is mainly used for processing and producing metal products including thin sheets, strips, or those of other shapes.It is suitable for the automated dry planishing and production of steel strips, copper strips, aluminum strips, and others.The strip steel width ranges from 200 to 380 mm, with a billet thickness ranging from 0.2 to 1.2 mm, elongation ≤3%, and a planishing speed of ≤300 m/min.

Galvanizing line

Configured with strip chemical cleaning or high-efficiency electrolytic cleaning section, using a combination of non-oxidising and radiant tube heating technology, the cooling of the strip after annealing and reduction adopts circulating jet protective gas cooling, the drawing machine and brightening machine can effectively improve the surface of the finished product and the quality of the plate shape, in addition to the use of the technology of recovering the flue gas residual heat, the control system adopts the control technology of vector frequency control, CPC and EPC deskewing, and the field bus, and so on.

Aluminium-zinc-silicon plating line

The fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing production line realizes the full-process automation from raw material feeding, pretreatment, galvanizing, post-treatment to finished product discharging, ensuring the quality and uniformity of the galvanized layer.
