Hot-rolled Coil

Utilized in the construction and machinery industries

To produce hot-rolled coil, we firstly heat continuous casting slabs or primary rolled billets in walking beam furnaces, and descale them with high pressure water before entering the roughing mill. Then, after the head and end cutting process, the roughed material is processed in the finishing mill, where computer-controlled rolling is implemented. Following the final rolling, the product is subject to laminar cooling at a computer-controlled cooling rate and is coiled by the coiler to produce the finished hot-rolled coil.

Our hot-rolled products exhibit excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, ease of processing and forming, and excellent weldability. For these advantages, they have been widely used in the manufacturing industries including construction, machinery, boilers, and pressure vessels.

Applications

(1) Processed into common cold-rolled products after annealing;

(2) Processed into galvanized products by galvanizing units with pre-annealing treatment devices;

(3) Panels that require minimal processing.

Production Strength

Founded in April 2011, we specialize in the production, processing and sales of special high-strength sheets and hot-dip aluminum-zinc-silicon steel sheets in an area of about 180,000 square meters. Our main products include cold-rolled sheets, pickled sheets, aluminum-zinc-silicon-coated sheets, and galvanized sheets. We produce these products with one pickling line, two 1,150 mm unit cold rolling lines, and four galvanizing lines with an annual output of 350,000 tons. We operate with several functional departments such as the General Manager’s Office, the Sales Department, the Quality Control Department, the Finance Department, the Production Department, the Supply Department, the Marketing Department, and the Logistics Department. Among our 270-plus employees, 48 are skilled technical engineers and 56 hold a college degree and above.
