Composition: It includes uncoiler, welder, stocker, degreasing and cleaning unit, continuous annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife, mobile air-cooling, light straightening machine, drawing machine, fingerprint-resistant coating machine, shear, winding machine and so on.

Features: Configured with strip chemical cleaning or high efficiency electrolytic cleaning section, using full radiation tube heating technology, cooling of strip after annealing reduction using circulating jet protective gas cooling, drawing machine and lightening machine can effectively improve the quality of finished product surface and plate shape, in addition to the use of recovery of flue gas residual heat technology, the control system adopts vector frequency control, CPC and EPC deskewing, field bus and other control technologies.
